Passive moderation logs Improvement#582

It would be great if Passive Moderation Logs could also log moderation actions performed by other bots. Currently, it appears that actions taken by bots are not included in the passive moderation logs.

If it’s possible, adding an optional setting to enable logging of moderation actions from other bots would be a useful addition. This would provide more complete moderation logs while still allowing server administrators to choose whether they want those actions recorded.
