Dm report feature#594

Make possible to report other people messages from their DMs by letting users add raidprotect as a user app and using context menus to first gather the messages and then via a slash command to submit those dm messages (which can also include self messages so you can literally build and report an entire conversation) to a server with raidprotect that also accept such kind of reports.
