Toggle for automatically whitelisting channels containing the word "spam"#600

Currently, all channels that contain “spam” in their name are automatically whitelisted from Anti-spam. In my opinion, a toggle for this should be added, so users can decide whether channels having “spam” in their name should be automatically ignored or not.
